I am Abigael Chongwo. My hobbies include swimming, reading, and nature walks. I enjoy participating in group activities as they help me develop a positive attitude, boost my self-esteem, and cultivate leadership skills.
I believe that everyone is guided by a personal motto that helps them navigate life’s challenges. For me, the motto “yes, I can” is a driving force in my life. It has helped me persevere through my academic journey and rise above the difficulties I have faced. I dream of achieving great things not only for myself but also for those around me.
I aspire to be a light for my family, my community, and my nation. My ultimate goal is to become a neurosurgeon, inspired by a desire to help those who suffer from mental health issues and homelessness. I want to bring solutions to these challenges and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. I am passionate about education, assisting others, and contributing to the betterment of my country. To achieve my goals, I have learned to be dedicated, humble, and, above all, to fear God. I trust in God’s plans for humanity and believe that everyone has a predestined purpose.
I have learned to place my hopes and dreams in God’s hands, confident that He will guide me towards my destination.
The idea of the H&P Foundation was birthed in recurrent discussions on how individuals in Africa who were born in underprivileged and impoverished backgrounds could escape the sometimes inevitable cycle of poverty.
